Beginning with the North Indian cities of Delhi (Tandoori), Srinagar (Wazwan), Lucknow (Awadhi), Agra (Mughlai) and Jaipur (Rajasthani), you fly to South India and visit Chennai to sample a simple Brahmin thali and to get a taste of exotic Chettinad fare, ending with the unique medley of Indian and European food found in Goan cuisine. Throughout, you interact with expert chefs of these cuisines and learn culinary secrets first-hand!
All this while you also visit the magnificent monuments of these historical sites and gain a cultural overview of India. This tour is designed with a focus on indulgence and creature comforts.
